2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Opened cosmetic and makeup products

  • Opened perfumes and fragrances

  • Used personal care products

  • Products that have been altered, damaged, or misused by the customer

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and complimentary products

  • Clearance or final sale items (where indicated)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the outer packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A full refund

  • Store credit

  • An alternative solution deemed appropriate by our customer service team

4. How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was damaged

  • The item received was defective

  • An incorrect item was supplied by Cinnamon & Co.

For approved returns, customers should use a tracked and insured shipping service. Cinnamon & Co. is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

6. Refund Process

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Refund processing may take between 5–14 business days after approval.

7. Exchanges

We only replace products that are:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly supplied

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.

9. Wholesale & Business Orders

Wholesale, distribution, private label, and bulk orders are generally non-refundable once production, packaging, or shipment has commenced.

Any issues regarding wholesale orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
